Bienvenue À Chez Bo!

Nous sommes un restaurant familial de plats à emporter chinois, exploité depuis une cuisine commerciale au sein du bar La Tasca. Bien que nous partageons le même emplacement, nous sommes des entreprises distinctes avec des propriétaires différents. En raison de la nature du lieu et des règlements et politiques du bar, nous souhaitons rappeler aimablement à nos clients que les mineurs sont interdits sur les lieux, ce qui rend malheureusement cet endroit moins adapté aux enfants. Cependant, nous serons ravis de vous proposer de délicieux plats à emporter à savourer dans le confort de votre domicile! Nous vous remercions sincèrement pour votre compréhension et votre soutien continu alors que nous vous servirons des mets délicieux dans un cadre unique. We are a family-owned Chinese takeout, operating from a commercial kitchen within La Tasca Bar. While we share the same location, we are separate businesses with different ownership. Due to the nature of the location and the bar’s regulations and policy, we want to kindly remind our customers that minors are prohibited on the premises. Unfortunately, making this spot less kid-friendly. However, we are happy to provide delicious takeout for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home! So we ordered take out from here and first of all it was super fast. We got our food hot and fresh. And there was so much food! It was all super tasty and packed very well. I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed this take out. And I was telling my husband it was gonna be a waste of money since usually chinese food arrives soggy. Not this one! And I do not like egg rolls but these were something special. They have such a special taste. This will be our go to from now on. I inhaled that food so fast I didn’t take any pictures, sorry!

For the 4th year in a row we ordered the dinner for 6 on Christmas Eve. Never have been disappointed. Always fresh & hot. Excellent service. We always pick up. Always ready on time, friendly helpful staff. On New Year’s Eve we ordered dinner for 2 for my husband & I. We brought the meal home, added wine & candles. Romantic after 55 yrs of marriage.

I had the pleasure of picking up take out at Chez Bo for the first time. The food was delicious! I have to say it is the best Chinese food I had in Ottawa and Gatineau! The service was very friendly and patient as I went through the menu and made my order. Chez Bo is my go to now for Chinese food!

Been here a couple of times now… mainly for their egg rolls, one of the best in town, in or around Ottawa… but this evening decided to try several dishes – HowFun Beef flat noodles, General Tao, Scallops and Vegetables, Chicken fried rice, and of course a bunch of their Egg Rolls. Everything was fresh, tasty, and reasonably balanced between price and generosity. The owners, who are a couple, work hard, always there with a smile, friendly service and easy to talk to about their menu and whatever else. The place is simple as they work the back kitchen and do mostly take out… but for a bit more you can dine in as well, though it’s mostly a simple resto-bar. ChezBo, check it out, we did after a great day at our pb tourney… and interesting to note that while we were waiting for our order… there was a steady flow of loyal first name basis regulars coming in for their fix of Chinese food 😋

Incredible food, hands down. The garlic spare ribs are to die for. I traveled 5 hours back home with takeaway from Chez Bo, all I had to do was air fry the fried items and BAM delicious, almost same quality as right from their kitchen. The chicken wings and crispy beef were also a big favourite of ours. Service is incredibly friendly and professional, will be returning with friends 100%! Thank you for such a delicious meal. 😋
